LOS ANGELES—What do you get when you pair 2010 Performer of the Year Tori Black with 2010 AVN Award winner and Wicked Pictures contract star Alektra Blue?
You get Black and Blue, the new tribute to strong-willed women everywhere from acclaimed contract director and videographer François Clousot.
Clousot has wrapped production on his latest directorial effort, which teams the titular stars up for a series of steamy vignettes that put women firmly in control of their sexual destiny. The production marks the latest collaboration between Blue and Black, who can also be seen in Brad Armstrong's Speed, which earned AVN's top rating (AAAAA).
Black and Blue finds these sultry women at the peak of their powers sexually; each girl explores multiple scenarios that run the gamut from light and playful to dark and sensually aggressive. The vignettes are expertly directed and shot by Clousot, whose camera mastery has earned over 10 major award nominations.
And he couldn't have picked a better time to create a designer project for the women of the title. 2010 has been a banner year for Alektra Blue, who followed up her 2010 AVN Award victory (for Best Group Sex Scene, 2040) with an appearance alongside Wicked Girl Jessica Drake in the Lady Gaga music video “Telephone,” featuring Beyoncé. Of working on Black and Blue, Wicked star Blue observes, "It was amazing. I love Tori and I always know François will make everything look beautiful."
Things have been equally exciting for Tori Black, who multiples honors from AVN and the X-Rated Critics Association. Already receiving raves for her work in the Stormy Daniels-directed AVN Editor's Choice-rated Whatever It Takes, Black is delighted to continue her relationship with Wicked Pictures. "I always get to explore new things when I work with Wicked. I got to cry on cue in Whatever It Takes, and I'm proud of my acting and what I learned from Stormy. Black And Blue is going to be incredible. I got to bring out that side of me that people really enjoy seeing.”
Alektra Blue. Tori Black. Two strong-willed superstars working with a visually gifted artist at the top of his game. Look for this milestone release in the months ahead.
