Less Service, More Cost

The NY Times
reported today that the FAA will be limiting the number of flights it will allow to fly into and out of JFK airport.
"For passengers, industry experts said, the move could initially result in fewer flights and higher fares but potentially fewer long delays and missed connections," quoth the Times.
So let's see if I have this straight: The move might (read:
probably won't) reduce delays and missed connections, and could (read:
will) result in fewer flights and higher fares.
Wow! Just what we need: Higher prices and less choice to a city that's got to be high on the list of destinations porn people want to fly into/out of - thanks, FAA!
