Know Thine Enemy

After making a big deal over the past few days about the fact that LodgeNet offers adult video fare in hotel rooms across the country, OneNewsNow.com, formerly AgapePress News Summary, formerly the Christian News Service, asked its subscribers in a poll yesterday: "Would you adjust your travel plans so you're not staying where pay-per-view porn is available?"

Responders said:

"Without a doubt": 2396 (61.99%)

"I'd consider it": 954 (24.68%)

"No": 515 (13.32%)

We're guessing those 2396, and probably a good segment of the 954, were too stupid to figure out how to use the hotel's TV remote to follow the easy, step-by-step on-screen instructions to block access to the adult material.

Yeah, that's what we're up against: People too stupid to use a remote control.
