I'm Noticing A Trend
In listening to the crazy-right commentators these days, I've noticed that there seems to be a weird trend going on. I'll try to note some specific examples and report on them later, but in talking about the problems the country is facing these days, a whole bunch of which have been caused by Bush administration policies, people like Hannity, Limbaugh and the rest are managing to describe the situations without making any reference to Bush. They'll talk about what's wrong, and yet somehow manage to imply that it all happened in some sort of space-warp between the Clinton and Obama presidencies. It's like Bush never existed -- but all his policies did! It's like they just magically appeared without any human intervention whatsoever!
I am confused — but not surprised.
