Dress For Obsess
The CBS website reports that there are new signs posted around the White House warning that the security guards there will be enforcing a new stricter dress code which will apply to all visitors and staff members, including tourists.
On the "no-fly" list are jeans, sneakers, miniskirts, t-shirts, tank tops and any sort of flip-flops — just the sort of clothes that are popular among the under-50 vacation crowd, and some tourists are calling the restrictions "un-American."
Apparently, somebody on the White House staff — we're guessing, one of those Regent University grads — thinks some of their fellow employees, as well as those who visit, just don't dress appropriately.
I'm guessing they don't genuflect enough in Bush's Presence, either ...
