He's shown himself to be perfectly willing to do what he wants and not give a damn what anyone thinks about it, and I've heard that Cheney thinks he [Cheney] is a visionary, the only one who truly understands the true danger Iran poses and that history will call him a great leader even if everyone is opposed to war with Iran now. You just can't reason with someone who sees things that way."
