The decision to broaden the company’s lines of communication was inspired by a history of email correspondences with customers.
“Obviously, with this move we’re minimizing wait time and reducing chargebacks and churn rates, but on another, deeper level, these new access points build trust and add value to the entire membership experience,” says TotemCash Chief Executive Officer Richard “Rex” Excoffier.
Clearer communication has been a theme for TotemCash lately. Last month, they began reporting conversion ratio stats publicly.
As well, the grand prize drawing for the company’s “Win a Trip to Paris with TotemCash” contest is fast approaching. Affiliates have from now until June 30 to get in on the action, with each join registering as a contest entry.
