Radio Sex Fires Several Hosts Over On-Air Sex--UPDATED

LOS ANGELES—Manwin-owned Radio Sex, the SiriusXM channel formerly known as Spice Radio, has fired porn star personalities Jessica Bangkok, Debi Diamond and Nicki Hunter over allowing sexual activity to take place in the studio during their shows, according to a report by TMZ.

Of particular offense to Radio Sex owners, the report said, was Bangkok's permitting guest Mr. Marcus to have sex with an unnamed girl believed to be non-talent during her show "Real Life Stories." The owners learned of the incident when a picture surfaced on Twitter late last week of Marcus engaged in the act with the unidentified girl while Bangkok appears to laugh at his side.

Radio Sex reps told TMZ that not only is sex in the studio prohibited by company policy, but they do not have the necessary permits for it to occur over their airwaves. Because they learned that such activity was also taking place on the show hosted by Diamond and Hunter, that duo was let go as well.

The photo of Marcus on Bangkok's show caused somewhat of an uproar among the adult industry community after it appeared, spearheaded by Lisa Ann, who has her own Radio Sex show, "Strippertown," that airs immediately after Bangkok's. Ann expressed outrage via Twitter and other outlets that Marcus, who was at the center of last year's syphilis controversy, would publicly perform sex with an unknown girl without providing evidence that either party had a current, clean STD test, and without the studio where they performed the deed being permitted to broadcast it.

An email to Manwin seeking comment was unanswered as of post time.

UPDATE:

Mr. Marcus issued the following statement to AVN Friday afternoon: "It's unfortunate that Nicki, Debi and Jessica were fired from Radio Sex, the name says it all, they are the best in the business and they did nothing wrong. SiriusXM is losing out on some of the best performers slash radio hosts in the industry."

WOW! It seems that Mr. Marcus can't get a break. I think it's garbage that the crew gets fired for a stunt involving (of all things) sex. What did they expect? Hopefully, the powers that be will come to their sences and give these ladies their jobs back.
