Playgirl Magazine Turns 30; Offers Retrospective Anniversary Edition

Playgirl turns thirty this month and is celebrating with a Special Collector's Edition that features the newest Playgirl Man of the Year and the first ever centerfold for the magazine.

Twenty-seven-year-old Shannon Fuller has been named Man of the Year. He won the title after readers of the magazine voted for him over other men who had been previously featured in the magazine this year.

Lyle Waggoner, former star of "The Carol Burnett Show," was the first Playgirl centerfold. Now 68, he returns for an interview, where readers learn he rides a Harley and is still married to his wife of 42-years.

The 30th anniversary issue also includes a retrospective on the sexual revolution. Porn legends Annie Sprinkle and Candida Royalle discuss their views on the sexual revolution and creating porn for women and their partners. There's also a pictorial history of vibrators. -Trent Brown
