Playboy's Bob Meyers Honored by UJA

NEW YORK — Playboy Enterprises president of media Bob Meyers was honored by the New York chapter of the United Jewish Appeal (UJA) at Tuesday night's Broadcast, Cable & Video Awards.

Playboy CEO Christie Hefner presented Meyers with an award recognizing his philanthropic contributions, professional accomplishments and leadership within the Jewish community.

Also participating in the event were Showtime CEO Matt Blank and HarperCollins CEO Jane Friedman, both co-chairs of the UJA Federation of New York's Entertainment, Media & Communications Division.

The event was held at The Lighthouse at New York's Chelsea Piers.
