RESEDA, Calif.—Retailers may want to mark their calendars now for the release, early next month, of Girlfriends Films' blockbuster new series, NetSkirts—and both store owners and distributors can log on to the company's site now to see the P.O.P. poster they can get, featuring such stars from early volumes as India Summer, Prinzzess, Julia Ann, Melissa Monet, Dyanna Lauren, Darryl Hanah and eight more beauties, all topless and ready for action. The series is filmed in high definition with Sony XDCAM cameras, and is presented in widescreen 16:9 format, and each disk includes both hardcore and glamour photo galleries as well as trailers for other Girlfriends Films.
But this isn't just a video series; the NetSkirts.com site exists, if mainly as a marketing tool for the series.
"Showing the customer how the hookup occurred on their new interactive site is a great way to enhance the reality of this new series," observed Colin, director of studio relations at AdultDVDEmpire.com, who also noted that Girlfriends Films' titles are consistently some of the best-selling all-girl movies on Adult DVD Empire. The company won its third award for Best All-Girl Series (as well as the trophy for Best All-Girl Couples Sex Scene) at the 2010 AVN Awards show.
