CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Today, New Sensations releases the fourth installment of its Erotic Stories Series, The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee. The series, which produced the Best Romance and Best BDSM winners at the most recent AVN Awards Show, provides fans with adult features that offer provocative stories infused with intense emotional and sexual energy.
Featuring some of the industry's most popular performers—Maddy O'Reilly, Xander Corvus, India Summer, Jessa Rhodes, Natalia Starr, Steven St. Croix, and Johnny Castle—The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee follows the sensual blossoming of an inhibited woman.
Maddy O'Reilly, whose career has been skyrocketing this year, plays the title role. "I can relate to the character of Anna Lee," she says. "I'm a very shy person and probably come off as a bit reserved sexually, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Just like Anna, I'm into rough, dirty sex—but it's about finding a safe place and the confidence to really explore that. The transformation of Anna into a sexual goddess is similar to my own and I think people will enjoy watching it."
The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee is the latest collaboration between writer/director Jacky St. James, and cinematographer Eddie Powell. St. James' script explores everything from connected, rough sex to BDSM, while Powell enhances the film's eroticism with haunting imagery. The two are responsible for the aforementioned award winners at the 2014 AVN Awards Show: The Temptation of Eve and The Submission of Emma Marx.
"Reaching people who struggle with their own sexual freedom has been a goal of mine since entering the business over two years ago," St. James said. "Maddy O'Reilly's portrayal of a woman with these same struggles really captures the human complexity surrounding what it means to enjoy total, unabashed sexual freedom. Just because somebody isn't sexually liberated physically, doesn't mean that they aren't mentally. It's about marrying the two."
