Cine X Latino Wins Four Awards in Argentina's First Erotic Film Fest

New Studio Aiming for 18 Completed Titles by End of Year

BUENOS AIRES - New South American adult studio Cine X Latino walked away with four "Afrodita" trophies at the first annual Buenos Aires International Erotic Film Festival (FICEBA), which took place Nov. 15-18.

The wins Cine X took home were: Best Actress, Monella (Scary Sex Movie); Best Director, Victor Maytland (La Puta de Mi Hermana), Best Gay Film and Best Music (both for De Marginal a Playboy).

Based out of Argentina, Cine X Latino started up in February of this year, and has a library of titles ready for distribution, with a goal of 18 finished by year's end.

The studio has been working closely with American VoD provider AEBN, whose president, Scott Coffman, said of the festival, "It was a fabulous show for the first adult show in Argentina. Cine X Latino made a lasting impression on all that attended."
