"We want to illustrate to webmasters how flexible and creative they can be and how they can literally create their own completely customized webcam site using our feeds," said Jago of Webcams.com. "Webmasters who don't currently have an affiliate account can create one on the website."
Jago said webmasters will have "complete creative freedom" in the competition.
"However, proper design standards, including good CSS implementation, will be taken into consideration when nominating entries," Jago added.
Webcams.com has posted a simple example.

Webcams.com will select 15 to 20 of the top designs and create a GFY forum thread with a randomly listed poll for each design. GFY members will vote on the designs, and the winners will be chosen based on poll results.
The prizes will be $2,000 for first place, $1,000 for second place, $750 for third place, $500 for fourth place and $250 for fifth place.
Winners will be paid by ePassporte or check. First- and second-place winners can be paid by wire transfer.
Each submitted site must include a list of online models, and the models should be linked to profile pages. Webmasters can choose how to list the models.
Webcams.com's RSS-feed instructions assume the reader has basic knowledge of HTML and PHP.
Submissions will be accepted through May 8, and nominations will be posted in a GFY thread on May 9. The contest will end at midnight PDT on May 16.
There is no limit on the number of submissions per webmaster, but each contestant can win only once prize.
To enter the competition, submit designs to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit URLs in the current GFY thread.
Webcams.com also is giving away $50 for the 51st, 101st, 151st, 201st, 251st, 301st, 351st, 401st, 451st, 501st and 551st posts in the current GFY thread. Winners will be paid by ePassporte.
