Former Penthouse Pet of the Year, hostess of E!'s "Wild On" television series, and Internet magnet Sunny Leone and wireless brand extension agency Brickhouse Mobile have signed a multi-year deal to expand Leone's image and brand with new wireless content and distribution.
Under the deal, Leone will produce original content for mobile phones, including ringtones, wallpaper, and videos. Product levels will include glamour, topless, nude, and softcore. Content will be available via carrier decks and an upcoming Sunny Leone WAP site.
"I've been monitoring the mobile platform for a while [and] waiting for the right time to jump in," said Leone, who operates three websites sites under her SunnysMoney affiliate program. "This past year I finally found a company that will promote me and my image the way I want. With this deal, Brickhouse Mobile and I will be able to take my name to the next level in many ways. I am looking forward to our relationship together and can't wait for everyone to see what we have in store."
Remarked Brickhouse Mobile President L.R. Clinton Fayling, "DVDs, cable, Internet, magazines.... Sunny Leone has seen success in almost every medium. "As one of the most recognizable stars in the adult entertainment industry, we expect similar success in mobile. We will launch Sunny wallpapers and video within 30 days and a Sunny branded mobile site within 60 days."
Brickhouse Mobile and Sunny Leone are currently working with industry associations, carriers and governmental organizations to insure that all content available through these offerings comply with current U.S. and international standards. In addition, Brickhouse Mobile will help Leone implement a variety of techniques that will insure content can only be viewed by an age appropriate audience. Age verification will include the use of a credit card and user information registration via the Sunny Leone branded sites.
