Castejón worked as a civil and commercial lawyer until 2000, when he decided to change careers and specialize in marketing and communication through the application of new technologies.

For five years, Castejón created and executed marketing strategies for Viasalus.com and later for the Angelini Group, where he started as product manager and worked his way up to marketing director.
"I have always been interested in how innovative technologies bring new approaches to marketing," Castejón said. Castejón said his experience in e-commerce marketing helped his work at DAEM Interactivate, where he created mobile marketing strategies for two years.
