DeeCash Acquires RageCash, ExtremePaychecks

Company 'looking at more purchases,' vice president says.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Affiliate program DeeCash purchased RageCash and ExtremePaychecks in a deal announced in late March.

 "With these programs, we as a company have grown larger and stronger," said Vipesh, vice president of business development for DeeCash.

 Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

 John Bermudez of RageCash was not available for comment on the deal, and it was not clear what his role would be after the acquisition.

 In recent months, DeeCash has acquired Mayor's Money, JoinRightNow, BadGirlBucks, NichedSites, EliteDollars, EpicCash, JasonAndAlex, MILFCash, PureMeds and TripleXCash.

 Vipesh said more acquisitions could be on the horizon.

 "We are surely looking at more purchases if the offer is right and if it makes business sense for us," he said.
