DeeCash Acquires MeatCash
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - In what's becoming an almost regular occurrence, DeeCash announced Saturday it had acquired the affiliate program MeatCash.
Major details of the acquisition were not disclosed, but Vipesh, vice president of business development for DeeCash, said the deal does include all of the associated paysites and the two consumer networks FuckedUpNetwork and MeatMembers.
The deal is the latest in a long line of acquisitions in recent months by DeeCash. Most recently, the company acquired Rude.com.
"We feel this acquisition is strategic to our organization for many reasons," a DeeCash representative said. "One major one being the supreme and unique quality product and content that Meatcash has. We are impressed with the retention numbers, overall members area, webmaster factory and structural setup of Meatcash. Arthur and Mike have done a great job building Meatcash to the level it is today. They have the unique ability to connect both ‘online conversions' to ‘content production' which is rare."
The consumer networks of MeatCash consist of more than 40 all-exclusive sites.
DeeCash representatives said with the acquisition, there will be regular updates of the existing sites, and that Arthur and Mike will stay on to continue to shoot exclusively for MeatCash.
There are also plans to introduce increased payouts as well as increased retention with the addition of the DeeCash library of content to MeatCash members' areas.
Also, new sites are already in the works.
