LAS VEGAS—If the International Lingerie Show, which closed a successful spring run Wednesday at the Rio in Las Vegas, is any indicator, then the pleasure products and lingerie industries have come a long way in recent years.

Several new lines launched during the trade show, and some popular products were re-envisioned.

Classic Erotica, which is known for the Coochie line of products, debuted its Simply Sensual products, which in addition to new items also includes its popular Coochie Shave Crème and Coochie After Shave Protection Mist, but repackaged with a more upscale feel.

“This new line is based on the popularity of the quality of the Coochie products, but they have been repackaged for those retailers who might want products that have more of a ‘spa’ feel,” explained Gilda Liardet, account executive for Classic Erotica.

Liardet noted that the line also includes the company’s popular massage candles, which have a 30-hour burn time; three new scents of Moroccan Night Jasmine, Vanilla Violet, and Patchouli Ylang-Ylang were also released in conjunction with the Simply Sensual launch.

Some of the most popular fragrances created by Classic Erotica are used in other products of the Simply Sensual line, meaning they can be sold and used together in layering the scent. In addition to the new fragrances, the candles are also available in White Lavender, Green Tea Aloe and Pomegranate Ginger, while the new Luxe Intimate Shave Crèmes and the Revitalizing Body Lotions also come in those scents.

LoveHoney LLC, the American branch of the leading EU adult online retailer, also showed off some new product lines, including the Tracey Cox-endorsed supersex collection. Considered the leading sex author in the world, Tracey Cox has put her name on this new line, which includes whisper-quiet mini vibes, tie-up toys, anal beads, couples-friendly wand vibes, and more. Each of the products comes with guides from Cox so users can get the most from their new toys.

The company is also launching a Death By Orgasm line, which packages powerful bullet vibes in tin coffin cases featuring vampire, mummy and scorpion themes.
