CHINO, Calif.—California Exotic Novelties raised more than $36,300 in the fight against women’s cancers in the 2013 Walk for Hope.
Team Club CalExotics, the top fundraising team, consisted of company employees and family members who joined 7,000 walkers on Sunday, Nov. 3, at City of Hope in Duarte, Calif., for the annual event.
Team Club CalExotics was supported by many companies and people who helped make them the first-place fundraising team as of Nov. 5. A team from Honey’s Place also participated in the event.
Jackie White, vice president for California Exotic Novelties, is the Club CalExotics Team Captain and spearheaded the initiative.
“I can’t believe the enthusiasm from everybody involved and the incredible amount of money we raised for City of Hope,” White said. “My expectations were far exceeded, great job team and a big thank you to everyone who supported us!”
