Prison Guard Fired for Playboy Appearance Reinstated

Back Pay Denied by Arbitrator

BERKS COUNTY, Penn. — A Berks County Prison guard who was terminated after posing under a pseudonym in the March issue of Playboy magazine has been given back her job, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Heather Hull, 29, who serves as a corrections officer at the facility, resumed work last weekend, but was not awarded back pay by the arbitrator who handled the case.
