Florida town decides against 'Big Brother' measure

STUART, Fla. — The $300,000 price tag to install talking anti-sex surveillance cameras in public areas around the beach town of Stuart was too high, the Martin County Commission decided earlier this week.

As reported by WorldNetDaily, the motion-sensing cameras manufactured by California-based Q-Star Technology would have blasted beach visitors with a bright light and a voice warning them not to engage in sexual relations in public.
