ICANN, ICM Registry File Motions to Dismiss in ‘Manwin v ICM’

LOS ANGELES—Lawyers representing The Internet Corporation for Internet Names and Numbers (ICANN) and .xxx operator ICM Registry have filed individual motions to dismiss in response to the antitrust lawsuit filed against them in November. The motions were accompanied by sworn declarations by ICM Registry CEO Stuart Lawley and ICM consultant Gregory Dumas. The case is Manwin v. ICM Registry.
