Porno Bingo Finds a New Home

The next fund-raising event will occur at Pieces Sept. 10.

NEW YORK - On Sept. 10, Will Clark's Porno Bingo will settle into new digs at Pieces, a neighborhood bar located at 8 Christopher at 6th Ave.

The first Porno Bingo at Pieces, slated for 8-10 p.m., will benefit the Poz Peddlers, a bicycling group that raises funds for HIV/AIDS awareness and treatment. Singer Terry Christopher will be the special guest.

"The guys over there have been really supportive, and the team is looking forward to our first night," Clark said.

Porno Bingo, a 4-year-old staple of New York's gay social scene, was forced to move from the only home it had ever known when 9th Ave. Bistro became a victim of rising rents and closed Aug. 24.
