BigMuscle Launch Raises $8,000 for AIDS Emergency Fund

A check for $8,000 was presented to the nonprofit AIDS Emergency Fund (AEF) last week by TitanMen and BigMuscle.com.

AIDS Emergency Fund, created in 1982, provides emergency financial assistance to people battling HIV/AIDS who are too sick to work. (AEF has given more than $20 million in assistance to more than 25,000 clients in the last 23 years.)

The event benefitting AEF was held on Saturday, Sept. 24, and was attended by more than 1,100 guests. The eight grand represents the proceeds from the premier party and launch of the companies' first co-branded movie, the Titan Media-produced BigMuscle.

Titan Media, a privately-held California-based company, is recognized as a pre-eminent producer of high-end gay adult content. BigMuscle.com, the online community website for musclemen and their admirers, is owned and operated by Bill Sanderson and Andy Wysocki.

The film was cast entirely from members of the BigMuscle.com website, and produced four new exclusive TitanMen from its ranks. In attendance were TitanMen exclusives Tober Brandt, Chuck Scott, Cliff Rhodes, Logan Steele, and Jake Deckard, as well as crowd favorite Markus Ram.

"We are so happy we can give back to the community that has helped to make TitanMen the number one selling gay adult brand in the world!" said Keith Webb, Vice President of Titan Media. "We decided that this year instead of spending thousands of dollars on booths or circuit parties, we would use the money for good and give it back to the community where it is most needed. HIV/AIDS is still a huge problem affecting millions of people around the world and we will continue to do all we can to help those affected."

For their efforts at this event, and the many events where they support the community, Assemblyman Mark Leno (D-San Francisco) presented a California Assembly Certificate of Recognition to Titan Media, which was gratefully accepted by Webb.

Leno is the author of the first legislator-approved same-sex marriage bill, which was recently vetoed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
