Voting Begins for 8th Annual Cybersocket Web Awards

LOS ANGELES - Nominees for the 8th Annual Cybersocket Web Awards have been announced and online voting has begun. The virtual polls will close Dec. 31.

Webmasters and surfers are allowed to vote once per e-mail address. E-mail and IP addresses are tracked automatically by the vote-counting mechanism, and additional submissions from the same e-mail account will be discarded.

Winners will be announced Feb. 6 during the Cybersocket Web Awards Show in conjunction with the XBiz Conference in Hollywood, Calif. Each winner will receive a personalized trophy.

The Cybersocket Web Awards annually recognize outstanding achievements in the world of queer online media and entertainment.

Nominees may pick up banners to place on their websites in the organization's banner section.
